Due to the nature of our products and overseas fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are not eligible for refunds.
